What's
a day Swan hires from 9.30am with a return time of 6.30pm and Bumble returns
at 5.30pm. Later returns are by arrangement and chargeable per hour.
The
boat will be supplied clean and in good working order. Swan has a full inventory
of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils whilst Bumble does not. Fuel for the
day is included. The boats are regularly serviced but should a breakdown occur
and a booking need to be cancelled then we will offer a refund or an alternative
date. We are not able to compensate for any losses incurred in this circumstance,
sorry.
The
absolute maximum number of persons aboard is twelve but we restrict Bumble to
eight. It is illegal to navigate whilst intoxicated and dangerous to all concerned.
We expect our hirers to behave responsibly towards other boaters and failure
to do so will result in removal from the vessel without refund. We reserve the
right to refuse to hire on the day and will refund accordingly.
The Mill House is a prominent building on the A45 in Braunston about 2 miles
from Daventry on the Rugby road. The Bridge at Napton is just as easy to find
being 7 miles from Daventry on the A425, the road to Leamington Spa and two
miles from Southam. Jct. 16 on the M1 feeds directly onto the A45 as does the
A5 at Weedon. There is adequate parking for our customers whilst boating and
both pubs sell real ale and good food.
