Bumble is a purpose built narrowboat for eight passengers.
She is less than 20 feet in length and fitted with a splendid Danish fishing
boat Diesel engine the sound of which gives her a unique character. The controls
are very simple and she is possibly the most manoeuvrable boat on the canal
and can be turned in her own length.! Bumble is particularly popular with
beginners to boating.

rolled up in the sunshine.

of the side hatches.
The
loo is a Porta Potti chemical toilet and is really for occasional use as generally
Bumble is within > range of a pub! There are no cooking or washing facilities
on Bumble, you will need to bring a picnic and utensils with you. Many hirers
cruise to The Mill House Braunston for lunch or plan to eat at The Bridge Napton
mid cruise or on returning.
